My Professional Journey

My career has always been shaped by one core theme: communication. I use it to guide teams, shape narratives, and ensure clarity across organizations.

I began developing my communications skills early as a student leader, editor-in-chief of publications in both high school and college, as well as president of my university’s advertising club. These experiences provided a foundation in leadership, organization, and strategic thinking that I carry into every role.

Professionally, I started at advertising agencies supporting major brands like McDonald’s, Walmart, eBay, and Renaissance Hotels. I quickly stood out not just for my design and copywriting skills, but for taking ownership and delivering work that exceeded expectations, which earned the trust of agency leadership.

As my career progressed, I shifted into internal communications and employee engagement, building intranets, launching newsletters, producing video content, and managing social channels. This work put me at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution, equipping me to support C-suite executives directly and make the move from advertising to tech.

I led global internal communications for a tech distributor with 22,000 employees, followed by a role at a global tech company with 150,000 employees. In these positions, I partnered with senior leadership to align messaging, drive engagement, and enable organizational goals, while navigating rapid change and multiple reorganizations.

Today, in my current role in partner communications, I manage external communications for partner communities, internal communications for finance and operations, and produce enablement content that supports business objectives.

Throughout my journey, the constant has been adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to step into new challenges. From student journalism to global corporate communications, I have built a career by saying yes to growth, learning on the fly, and putting communication at the center of organizational success.
